Traditional Extension + Refurbishment Bromley

This project comprises the significant extension, remodelling and refurbishment of what was originally a three bedroom detached property - occupying a corner plot in the exclusive Coates Hill private road.  The works more than doubled the size of the original house and rationalised the internal layout - creating a substantial six bedroom family home, with generously proportioned accommodation radiating from the new central ‘top-lit’ hall, stairs and landing. 

A bridge at first floor links the ‘old’ and ‘new’ wings of the house.  Works were carried out in a considered sequence - to enable the clients and their young family to remain in occupation throughout the construction period.  The design and detailing is sympathetic to that of the original building.
